摘要
目的:为了加强对护理人员的在职教育,进一步提高护理队伍的素质,推行“全程护理职业教育”。方法:根据不同学历、职称进行不同的训练。其训练内容主要有:职业道德教育;“三基”训练;专科护理;护理新业务、新技术、新进展;管理、教学、科研能力的培养教育;外语能力的培训;电脑知识培训。采用院内培训和院外培训。结果:护士的整体水平大大提高。结论:推行全程护理职业教育,能不断提高护士的整体素质。
Objective: The 'Continuing Occupational Education' was conducted to enhance the training for nurses and improve quality of the nursing troops. Method : The training was managed according to the nurses' educational level and position. Its contents covered moral education, basic techniques training, special nursing, the training on new techniques, knowledge and development, the training on nursing administration, education and research, foreign language and computer knowledge training. The nurses could receive the training mostly in hospital, sometimes outside. Result: The quality of nurses improved. Conclusion: The quality of nurses could be facilitated through continuing occupational education.
