摘要
目的:探讨儿科护士“慎独”精神的培养。方法:采取多渠道、多方式的监督、激励机制。结果:教育后与教育前相比儿科护士“慎独”精 神显著增强。结论:儿科护士“慎独”精神的培养势在必行。
Objective: To discuss the development of pediatric nurse consciousness. Method: The multi - channel and multi - way of supervision and stimulation were used. Result: The pediatric nurse consciousness was developed. Conclusion; Developing the pediatric nurse consciousness is necessary and urgent.
