摘要 不同季节的银杏叶片中均呈现叶绿素酶活性 ,不局限于叶绿素降解时。春季随着叶绿素含量的增加 ,叶绿素酶活性呈上升趋势 ,叶绿素含量达到最高值后 ,酶活性逐渐下降。春季此酶的最适温度、最适
