摘要
目的 :探讨合并性肾损伤的诊断与治疗。方法 :对 5 7例合并性肾损伤病例进行回顾性分析。结果 :合并性肾损伤的肾手术率、切肾率、死亡率分别为 35 1% ,2 1 1% ,17 5 % ;而同期单纯性肾损伤分别为 13 2 % ,6 6 % ,0。P <0 0 1。结论 :合并性肾损伤的肾手术率、切肾率、死亡率远高于单纯性肾损伤。CT为合并性肾损伤首选检查方法 。
Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis and therapy methods of renal injury.Mothods:57 cases of combined renal injury were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The rates of operation,nephrectomy and death were 35%,21 1% and 17 5%,respectively in combined renal injury;And 13 2%,6 6%,0,respectively in simple renal injury.Conclusion:The rates of operation,nephrectomy and death in combined renal injury were more than those in simple renal injury.CT examinations was the first choice of methods to diagnose combined renal injury.Operative exploration aimlessly would increase the rate of nephretomy.
