摘要
目的 :观察药物内服配合穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法 :将 70例中、重度支气管哮喘患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组 35例采用西医治疗 ,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上配合穴位注药。结果 :治疗组有效率 97.14% ,对照组有效率80 .0 0 % ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。治疗前后肺功能及血气分析测定两组比较有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the effect of oral medicine and point-injection therapy in treating bronchial asthma.Methods:70 cases of severe bronchial asthma had been divided two groups.The control group (35 cases) had been treated by Western medicine and the test treated by the same as the control plus point-injection therapy.Result:The effective rate in the test was 97.14%,and that in the control,80.00%.The difference between the two is very significant (P<0.01).The analysis determination of blood and Qi and lung function between pre and post treatment is found very significant (P<0.01) also.Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine is a good therapy in treating bronchial asthma. [
