摘要
介绍了高锰钢的种类、性能 ,并结合ZGMn13高锰钢的切削加工特点 ,推荐了高锰钢加工中合理的刀具材料、几何参数及切削用量 ,并对难于切削的ZGMn13高锰钢的钻削加工进行了总结和分析 ,提出了加工中应注意的问题。
The types and features of high-manganese steel are pointed out,and as ZGMn13 a example the reasonable materials,parameters of tools and rational cutting consumption are also recommended.In addition,the drilling features of ZGMn13 and some problems that should be attention to be summarized and analyzed.
