摘要
SDS—PAGE揭示出犬种布鲁氏菌外膜蛋白具有布鲁氏菌属的共同性,同时也具有其种的特征性。其独特表现为:具有一组非热修饰蛋白成分;且其微孔外膜蛋白解聚后除解聚成正常单体外,还有一组特殊的热修饰组分,此二成分受不同宿主影响而有所差异。
It is revealed that the outer membrane proteins of Brucella canis exhibited the same property and characteristics that were indicated in species of the Brucella genus on SDS-PAGE. The speciality was that there were a group of non-heat-modifiable proteins and another group of specific heat-modifiable proteins after depolymerization of the trimer of outer membrane proteins besides the normal monomer. These two components were changed easily under the influence of the host.
