摘要
发现运行中的油断路器拉杆瓷瓶有故障时,不能急于操作该断路器,应首先分上一级断路器,使其不带电,再处理该断路器。
A lesson is introduced that when a oil circuit breaker in service is f ound out to have some faults itself, don't hurry to operate it. The up-level ci rcuit-breaker should be cut off at first to make sure there's no power on the faulty one prior to handling it.
