马铃薯腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶的调控 被引量:4

摘要 腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶是淀粉合成过程中一个限速酶 ,其表达受到转录、温度、底物等多种因素调控。在 2 5℃其活性最强。 3 磷酸甘油和焦磷酸分别是其最有效的激活剂和抑制剂 ,其它物质如BSA、半胱氨酸、 2 巯基乙醇和谷胱甘肽都能使腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶的活性有所提高 ;NADP +、ADP、AMP等轻微地抑制腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶活性。
