摘要
分析了红河州各个历史阶段森林资源的变化及自然的、人为的因素对森林资源造成的影响 ,阐述了森林资源变化的过程。认为乱砍滥伐 ,毁林开荒和过度采伐是造成红河州森林资源减少的主要原因 ,在经历了一个剧减—渐减—平衡—渐增的过程后 ,从 1998年开始森林资源呈恢复性增长。
The changes of forest resources of Honghe prefecture during different historical phase, and the reasons for those changes, were analyzed from two side of either human or nature. It was stated that shifting cultivation, and over_logging were the main reasons for the forest resource decrease of Honghe prefecture, after experienced a series of procedures including acute decrease, gradual decrease, balance and gradual increase, the increase of forest resources of Honghe prefecture showed the tendency of recovery since 1998.
