摘要
采用正交试验设计,首次利用混合表面活性剂,研究了乳状液膜法对炼油厂氨氮液的处理效果及其影响因素。实验结果表明:以22 %硫酸为内相,4 %Span-80+2 %T152+煤油+11 %的液体石蜡为液膜组成,pH=11的废水为外相的处理体系,处理效果可达到99.8 %,并在实际应用中取得了满意的效果。
Ammonia can osmoses selectively through liquid membrane in the alkalescent waster water. In this paper, the decontamination of ammonical nitrogen from waste water with emulsion liquid membrane using mixed surface-active agent was studied. A system of emulsion liquid membrane has been selected by orthogonal experiment. Experimental results show that when the emission liquid membrane phase consists of the surfactant of Span-80 (4%), T152 (2%), fortifier (11%), kerosene are selected as the membrane phase, H2SO4 solution (22%) as the internal phase, Rio is 1:0.5 and Rew is 1:10, incorporation time is 7 minute, the remove of efficiency with ammonia nitrogen is up to 99.8%. The industrial effluent containing ammonia treated with this method could be drained safely.
