摘要
将白兰瓜作为菜用品种在沙田上进行覆膜栽培,调查产量和座果后不同时间的质量与体积动态变化,分析主要营养成分。结果表明:白兰瓜幼瓜(授粉后15~20 d)的蛋白质、钙、磷、维生素C和粗纤维的含量均高于黄瓜、番茄,而脂肪含量远低于黄瓜、茄子和番茄。且脆嫩可口,鲜用、凉拌、热炒皆可。按传统栽培方法,产量达1 800 kg以上,且潜力大,是值得开发的一种新型蔬菜。作为菜用品种,最适宜的采收期应在授粉后15~20d。
As a vegetable, Bailan Melon was cultivated on the sand-mulched field. Through investigation the changing of weight volume, yield, analyzing the main nutrition, the results show that contents of protein, Calcium phosphorus, Vitamin C and crude fiber of 揃ailan melon?in the stage of 15~20 days after pollination are higher than that of cucumber and tomato, but the fat content is lower. It taste tender, brittle, and it can be regarded as a fresh fruit or cooking material. It is a new kind of vegetable and is worth to broadcast. The best picking time should be at 15~20 day pollination.
