松嫩羊草草甸羊草、碱茅群落土壤酶活性比较研究 被引量:50

Comparative studies on the seasonal dynamics of the soil enzymic activities of Leymus chinensis and Puccinellia tenuiflora communities in Songnen Leymus chinensis meadow

摘要 研究了松嫩羊草草甸羊草、碱茅群落的过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶和多酚氧化酶活性的季节变化规律及垂直变化规律 ,并对上述 4种土壤酶活性与各理化因子之间进行了相关分析。结果表明 ,2种群落的 4种酶活性季节动态均呈单峰型曲线 ,并具有较强的规律性 ,过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶活性的高峰值出现在 7、8月 ,而多酚氧化酶活性的高峰值则出现在 9、10月。并且作为优势群落的羊草群落 ,其各月份的土壤酶活性多数要大于碱茅群落。土壤酶活性一般是随土层的加深而逐渐递减的 ,只有碱茅群落的多酚氧化酶活性是呈现“高 -低 -高”的趋势。相关分析的结果表明过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶活性与土壤肥力呈正相关 ,而多酚氧化酶与其相关程度不大。 The paper dealt with the regularities of the seasonal and vertical change of catalase, urease, invertase and polyphenol oxidase activities of Leymus chinensis and Puccinellia tenuiflora communities in Songnen Leymus chinensis meadow. And the relationships between the four kinds of soil enzymatic activities and physical-chemical factors were discussed by correlation analysis. The results showed: the seasonal dynamics of the four kinds of soil enzymatic activities in two communities all appeared single-peaked curves. And the peak values of catalase, urease and invertase activities appeared in July or August, while the peak value of polyphenol oxidase activitiy did in September or Octorber. And Leymus chinensis community, as dominant vegetations, the soil enzymatic activities of which were mostly higher than those of Puccinellia tenuiflora community.In general soil enzymatic activities became gradual lower with increasing depth of soil layers,but only polyphenol oxidase activities in the Puccinellia tenuiflora community showed 'high-low-high'trend. The result through the correlation analysis showed there was plus correlation between the activities of catalase, urease, invertase and soil fertility, while there was little correlation for polyphenol oxidase.
