摘要
从信息素质教育的角度出发 ,提出了强化大学生信息素质教育是搞好大学生创新能力培养的关键 。
Based on the content of information basic quality education, the author put forward a view that student's information basic quality education is a key to the innovative ability raise. In this paper, the author also makes researches on how to improve student's information basic quality and innovative ability.
