摘要
可持续发展是一种代际和区际都达到公平的发展模式 ,而土地资源可持续利用则是代际分配合理、部门配置得当、空间分布合理、经济、社会和生态综合效益最佳的资源利用方式。对于土地资源可持续利用的评价体系和方法 ,还存在尺度过大、行业差别大、可操作性差等问题 ,加入WTO将在耕地数量质量的保护、土地市场。
This paper thinks that the sustainable development is an equitable development pattern between different generation and different area and the sustainable use of land resources is to get the best synthetic benefits by the reasonable allocation of land resources among different generation, department and space. It summarizes the existing problems in the index system and method of evaluation of sustainable land use such as scale, trade and operation. It expatiates the influence of sustainable land use on protection farmland, land market and management dimension after entering World Trade Organization (WTO).
