摘要
选用4个熟性不同的甘蔗品种桂糖11号、桂糖17号、新台糖10号、新台糖20号作为供试材料,在甘蔗生长前期以100mg/L乙烯利进行叶面喷施,研究乙烯利处理对几个甘蔗品种气体交换的影响。结果表明:1.乙烯利处理可以提高甘蔗的净光合速率和蒸腾速率,但对不同品种的效应不同,尤以对桂糖11号和新台糖10号的效应最显著;2.甘蔗的净光合速率对光强的响应曲线表明,乙烯利处理可以提高净光合速率对光强响应曲线的斜率,说明乙烯利处理有利于蔗株对光强的利用,从而提高甘蔗的净光合速率;3.甘蔗的净光合速率的日变化曲线为单峰曲线,其净光合速率最大值出现在大约上午11:00左右,乙烯利处理后净光合速率的变化曲线的峰形不变,但处理的峰值提高的幅度更大。
Four sugarcane varieties,namely,early varieties ROC20and GT11and intermediate va rieties ROC10and GT17,were grown in the field.The plants were sprayed with100mg /L of ethep hon on the leaves at the early growth stage.The control was sprayed with water.The plants treated were measured in terms of respiratory exchange.Ethephon treatment improved obviously the photo synthetic rate of sugarcane,especially of GT11and ROC10.The ethephon increased the slope of the curve of net photosynthetic-rate vs light response,indicating that the ethephon improved light uti lization of the plants and hence the net photosynthetic rate.The diurnal curve of the photosynthetic rate of sugarcane was unimodal and the peak value emerged at about 11:00in the morning.The ethephon treatment did not change the trend,but the peak values of the photosynthetic rate were higher in the ethephon treatment than in the control.
