摘要
介绍并分析在Internet上传输语音数据的技术,主要介绍语音压缩的原理和其控件应用技术及用Delphi在网上开发语音传输程序的关键技术和技巧,并给出一程序实现的例程。
This paper introduces and analyzes the technologies of transferring audio information on Internet,it mainly introduces the principles and technologies of audio compression,its component application and key skills of developing audio transferring program by Delphi .It also presents a programming example.
