摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗围绝经期女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取围绝经期压力性尿失禁的女性患者76例,将其随机分为治疗组36例和对照组40例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用补中益气汤加减治疗,2组均连续治疗6周。比较2组治疗前后和随访半年后的盆底肌肌力、中医证候积分、尿失禁影响问卷简版(Incontinence Impact Questionnaire Short Form,IIQ-7)评分、尿失禁生活质量问卷(Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire,I-QOL)评分。结果:2组盆底肌肌力、中医证候积分、IIQ-7评分、I-QOL评分治疗前后组内比较、随访半年后与治疗前组内比较,及治疗后、随访半年后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能有效改善围绝经期女性压力性尿失禁症状,降低患者中医证候积分,改善其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of stress incontinence in menopausal women.Methods:A total of 76 menopausal women with stress incontinence were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group with 36 women and control group with 40 women.The women in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,while those in the treatment group were given modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group,and both groups were treated for 6 consecutive weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of pelvic floor muscle strength,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Incontinence Impact Questionnaire Short Form(IIQ-7)score,and Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire(I-QOL)score before treatment,after treatment,and after follow-up for half a year.Results:Both groups had significant changes in pelvic floor muscle strength,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,IIQ-7 score,and I-QOL score after treatment and after follow-up for half a year,and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment and after follow-up for half a year(P<0.05).Conclusion:For menopausal women with stress incontinence,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy can effectively improve symptoms,reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and improve their quality of life.
