摘要
为了解决清洗内窥镜中需医护人员参与酶清洗液配制易造成酶清洗液污染的问题,设计一种内窥镜酶清洗液全自动配制系统。系统能够自动化控制多酶原液与水的定量输出,实现一键自动配制酶清洗液,提高医护人员清洗内窥镜的工作效率。系统的硬件结构由多酶原液桶、酶液泵、多酶原液量杯、酶液阀、水阀、水槽等组成,系统电路包括STC15F104E主控板、控制模块、报警模块和缺液提示灯。经测试,内窥镜酶清洗液全自动配制系统抽取多酶原液的控制精准度优于人为配制结果,配比值精准度达99.98%。结果证实,设计的内窥镜酶清洗液全自动配制系统可替代传统的人为配制方式进行内窥镜全自动高效清洗,无需医护人员全程参与,有效避免人为操作过程中管路液体回流导致酶清洗液污染的情况。
To address the problem that the preparation of enzymatic cleaning solution for endoscope cleaning requires manual participation of medical staff,which may easily cause contamination of the enzymatic cleaning solution,an automatic preparation system for endoscopic enzymatic cleaning solution was designed.The system enabled automatic control of the quantitative output of multi-enzyme stock solution and water,thus realizing one-click automatic preparation of enzymatic cleaning solution and effectively improving the work efficiency of medical staff during endoscope cleaning.The hardware structure of the system consisted of a multi-enzyme stock solution barrel,an enzyme pump,a measuring cup for multi-enzyme stock solution,an enzyme valve,a water valve and a water tank.The system circuit included an STC15F104E main control board,a control module,an alarm module and a liquid shortage indicator light.After testing,the control accuracy of the automatic preparation system for endoscopic enzymatic cleaning solution in extracting multienzyme stock solution was better than that of manual preparation,with a ratio value precision of 99.98%.The results confirmed that the designed automatic preparation system could replace the traditional manual preparation method for fully automatic and efficient endoscope cleaning without the full participation of medical staff,effectively avoiding contamination of the enzymatic cleaning solution caused by liquid backflow in pipelines during manual o peration.
