摘要
以仓房外顶和外墙均经过辐射制冷技术改造后的高大平房仓为研究对象,对试验期间的墙体温度、粮堆温度和空调控温能耗进行分析,并将其作为主要评价指标,继而评估辐射制冷材料的控温效果。结果显示:在西晒时间段,试验仓的背阴面墙体更接近环境气温,且比对照仓的背阴面墙体温度平均低7.4℃;向阳面试验仓墙体则比对照仓平均低8.5℃;试验仓屋顶温度比对照仓平均低22.0℃。在空调能耗方面,对照仓每吨粮食耗能6.61~6.72 kW·h的电量,试验仓最低仅需1.20 kW·h。研究表明:试验仓绿色、低碳、节能控温效果优势明显,该辐射制冷技术有效减缓了仓温和表层粮温的升高,延缓了空调开启时间,节能减排,有较大发展前景。
This study focuses on a large flat warehouse whose outer roof and exterior walls have been retrofitted with radiative cooling technology.The analysis examines wall temperature,grain pile temperature,and air conditioning energy consumption during the testing period,using these as the main evaluation indicators to assess the temperature control effectiveness of the radiative cooling material.The results show that during the west-facing sun exposure period,the shaded side wall temperature of the test warehouse was closer to ambient temperature and averaged 7.4°C lower than that of the control warehouse;the sun-facing side wall temperature of the test warehouse averaged 8.6°C lower than that of the control warehouse;and the roof temperature of the test warehouse averaged 22.0°C lower than that of the control warehouse.In terms of air conditioning energy consumption,the control warehouse used 6.61~6.72 kW·h of electricity per ton of grain,while the test warehouse required as little as 1.20 kW·h.The study indicates that the test warehouse demonstrates clear advantages in green,low-carbon,and energy-efficient temperature control.The radiative cooling technology effectively slows the rise in warehouse temperature and surface grain temperature,delays the activation time of the air conditioning system,and reduces both energy consumption and emissions,showing significant potential for future development.
