椭圆形钢管混凝土中长柱轴压性能研究

摘要 为了研究椭圆形钢管混凝土中长柱的轴压力学性能和破坏模式,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立考虑钢管-混凝土界面的相互作用、材料非线性及初始缺陷影响的椭圆形钢管混凝土中长柱三维实体有限元模型,利用已有试验数据验证有限元模型的准确性和适用性。在此基础上阐明椭圆形钢管对核心混凝土的约束作用机理和变化,揭示了中长柱各部件之间应力重分布和中性轴发展规律。此外,全面考查强轴和弱轴方向上不同参数对椭圆形钢管混凝土中长柱轴压性能和稳定性的影响。结果表明:长细比是影响椭圆形钢管混凝土中长柱轴压性能和稳定性的关键参数,截面含钢率次之,而混凝土强度、钢材屈服强度的影响可忽略不计。研究结果可进一步为椭圆形钢管混凝土中长柱应用于实际工程提供参考。 To study the compressive behavior and failure modes of concrete filled elliptical steel tube mid-long columns,finite element(FE)models on concrete-filled elliptical steel tube(CFET)mid-long columns were built up using ABAQUS software,with consideration of the composite action between steel tube and core concrete,material nonlinearity,and initial imperfection.The accuracy and rationality of FE models is verified by the experimental data.On this basis,the entire deformation development process and failure mechanism of CFET mid-long columns under major and minor axis loading were deeply investigated,and then the confinement effect of the steel tube on the core concrete was revealed in detail.Besides,the stress redistribution among the different components and the variation law of the neutral axis were examined.And lastly,the influence of important parameters such as concrete strength,steel yield strength,steel ratio,and slenderness ratio in the major and minor axis loading on the compressive performance and stability of CFET mid-long columns was comprehensively discussed.Parameter analysis indicate that the slenderness ratio is a key parameter affecting the compressive behavior and stability of CFET mid-long columns,followed by the steel ratio,while the influence of concrete strength and steel yield strength can be ignored.The research results can further provide reference for the application of CFET mid-long columns in practical engineering.
