摘要
基于党的二十届三中全会提出的“健全绿色低碳发展机制”指导精神,以2013―2022年间银行与上市公司数据为样本,构建银行金融科技指数与企业绿色生产韧性评估体系,并在此基础上建立微观信用联结网络进行实证分析。研究结果表明,银行金融科技的应用显著增强了企业绿色生产韧性,具体表现为技术进步与效率提升的双重效应;机制分析发现,金融科技在资金配置环节通过缓解融资约束增强企业生态投资能力,在风险管理环节通过强化环境责任意识提升环境治理效能,形成覆盖全周期的调节机制;异质性分析揭示,金融科技对企业绿色生产韧性的促进效应在非公有制企业、中小微企业及高科技与非重污染行业中更为突出;银行金融科技对企业绿色韧性的提升关键在于深度技术应用对产业生态系统的结构性重塑与赋能效应。这为推进银行数字化转型、服务经济高质量发展提供了有益参考。
This study examines the impact of bank financial technology(fintech)on enterprises’green production resilience.Using data from banks and listed companies between 2013 and 2022,it constructs a bank fintech index and an enterprise green production resilience evaluation system,and establishes a micro-level bank-firm credit network for empirical analysis.The results show that fintech significantly enhances green production resilience through a dual mechanism of technological progress and efficiency improvement.Mechanism analysis indicates that fintech strengthens ecological investment capacity by alleviating financing constraints during capital allocation and improves environmental governance efficiency by enhancing enterprises’environmental responsibility awareness during risk management,forming a full-cycle regulatory mechanism.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that this positive effect is most pronounced among non-state-owned,small,medium,and micro enterprises in high-tech or low-pollution industries.The effect primarily arises from the structural reshaping and empowerment of industrial ecosystems through deep fintech integration,with important implications for the digital transformation of banks and the high-quality development of China’s economy.
