摘要
基于氯碱厂年度停车检修的实践经验,系统探讨了检修全过程的安全管理要点。通过建立检修项目统计表、细化施工与物料处理方案、强化风险辨识与精准告知、落实网格化监护等措施,实现安全风险的有效分解与管控,为类似化工企业的高风险检修作业提供参考。
Based on the practical experience in annual shutdown maintenance in chlor alkali plants,this paper systematically discusses the key points of safety management throughout the entire maintenance process.Through measures such as establishing maintenance project statistics tables,refining construction and material handling plans,strengthening risk identification and precise notification,and implementing grid-based safety supervision,effective decomposition and control of safety risks are achieved,providing a reference for high-risk maintenance operations in similar chemical enterprises.
