双氧水(H_(2)O_(2))是重要的无机化工产品,在造纸、纺织、化工、环保等领域应用广泛。全酸性工作液双氧水的生产工艺因其高效、安全、环保的特点而备受关注。介绍全酸性工作液双氧水在日常生产中需要重点关注的问题,包括氢化工序、氧化工序、萃取工序、净化工序、工作液再生工序等重要工序,为双氧水的安全生产和质量控制提供参考。
Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))is an important inorganic chemical product widely used in papermaking,textile,chemical,environmental protection and other fields.The production process of fully acidic working fluid hydrogen peroxide has attracted much attention due to its high efficiency,safety,and environmental protection characteristics.The key issues that need to be paid attention to in the daily production of fully acidic working fluid hydrogen peroxide were introduced,including hydrogenation process,oxidation process,extraction process,purification process,working fluid regeneration process and other important processes,providing reference for the safe production and quality control of hydrogen peroxide.
