摘要
分析了氯乙烯净化过程中采用中和法处理废碱液的弊端,并在此基础上探讨了废碱液处理方法的改进,提出了一种废碱液密闭中和处理方法。该方法可以显著避免废碱液中和处理过程中产生的有毒有害气体外逸,同时也减少了环境污染。
The drawbacks of using neutralization method to treat waste alkali solution in the purification process of vinyl chloride were analyzed,and the improvement in the waste alkali solution treatment method was discussed.A closed neutralization treatment method for waste alkali solution was proposed.This method could significantly avoid the release of toxic and harmful gases generated during the neutralization process of waste alkali solution,thereby reducing environmental pollution.
