肉牛全产业链AI决策:框架、技术与展望

AI-driven Decision-making in Beef Cattle Industry Chain:Framework,Technology and Prospect

摘要 在大食物观背景下,我国居民肉类消费刚性需求不断增加且呈现结构性优化趋势,牛肉作为优质动物蛋白的典型代表,肉牛产业决策水平直接影响着产业高质量发展。面对数字经济环境下肉牛全产业链科学决策面临的数据分散程度高、知识系统性不足、决策智能水平低等典型问题,以“数据融合-知识综合-模型决策-应用场景”为主线,构建知识图谱和大语言模型融合驱动的肉牛全产业链AI(artificial intelligent)决策框架,总结了框架的多模态数据融合处理、知识图谱构建、融合知识图谱的大语言模型智能推理等关键技术。从多源数据采集与智能感知提升、跨模态知识计算与推理、大语言模型可控性与可解释性、产业协同与知识共享机制等4个方面对未来发展进行了展望,可为我国肉牛产业决策从“经验驱动”向“数据驱动”转型提供借鉴和参考。 Under the concept of the big food view,China’s rigid demand for meat consumption continues to grow while exhibiting structural optimization,with beef emerging as a key source of high-quality animal protein.The decision-making level of the beef cattle industry critically influences its high-quality development.In the context of the digital economy,scientific decision-making across the beef cattle industry chain faces challenges such as highly fragmented data,insufficient systematic knowledge,and low decision intelligence.This paper proposed an artificial intelligent(AI)-driven decision-making framework for the beef cattle industry chain,centered on the integration of knowledge graphs and large language models,encompassing data fusion,knowledge integration,intelligent modeling,and scenario-based applications.Key technologies including multimodal data processing,knowledge graph construction,and intelligent reasoning with integrated large language models were summarized.Finally,the paper discussed future directions in 4 areas:intelligent sensing and precise prevention,cross-modal knowledge computing and reasoning,controllability and interpretability of large language models,and industrial collaboration with knowledge sharing-offering insights for transitioning industry decision-making from experience-driven to datadriven paradigms.
