针对风洞试验的柔性探针传声器校准方法

摘要 风洞气动噪声试验领域对应用柔性探针传声器进行高精度声学测量存在迫切需求,针对风洞噪声试验中的柔性探针传声器校准修正问题,提出一种基于机体模型表面声场标定及传递函数修正的柔性探针传声器校准方法。分别介绍了基于比较法的模型表面声场标定技术及基于传递函数修正的柔性探针传声器校准方法,在此基础上通过已知声学特性的标准传声器对机体模型表面声场进行标定,并校准了柔性探针传声器传递函数修正量,根据校准结果进行了盲信号测试验证试验,试验结果表明经过传递函数校准修正后,柔性探针传声器在0~20 kHz频段范围内对盲信号测试误差从12 dB减小到0.18 dB,验证了基于传递函数修正的柔性探针传声器校准方法的有效性及准确性,校准结果满足风洞气动噪声试验中通过柔性探针传声器进行声学测量的精度要求。 In the field of wind tunnel aerodynamic noise testing,there is an urgent need to apply flexible probe microphones for high-precision acoustic measurements.This paper proposes a calibration method for flexible probe microphones based on the calibration of the surface sound field and transfer function correction of the body model in wind tunnel noise testing.The principle of model surface sound field calibration based on comparison method and the calibration method of flexible probe microphone based on transfer function correction were introduced respectively.On this basis,the surface sound field of the body model was calibrated using a standard microphone with known acoustic characteristics,and the transfer function correction of the flexible probe microphone was calibrated.Blind signal validation tests were conducted based on the calibration results,and the experimental results showed that after the transfer function calibration correction,The blind signal testing error of the flexible probe microphone has been reduced from 12 dB to 0.18 dB in the frequency range of 0~20 kHz,verifying the effectiveness and accuracy of the calibration method based on transfer function correction for flexible probe microphones.It can meet the accuracy requirements for acoustic measurements using flexible probe microphones in wind tunnel aerodynamic noise tests.
