摘要
球场观众三律融合治理是顺应国家治理能力与治理体系现代化趋势的必然产物,对于激发观众主体在赛场治理中发挥主观能动性具有重要意义。该研究以迭代共存为导向,以系统理论为分析框架,从要素、连接和目标三个方面阐释其治理内涵,搭建球场观众三律融合治理模型,以期为现代化文明球场建设的路径选择提供指引。研究认为:(1)在要素解构方面,秉持还原论取向的三律融合治理将各个要素拆分独立,容易陷入单一治理的困境;而遵循整体论取向的三律融合治理则能够整合各相关要素,凸显互补优势。(2)在连接解构方面,他律与自律、他律与互律、互律与自律的单向连接,会致使观众主体出现认知与行为相脱节的问题;而三者之间的双向连接,能够借助自守法(个体主动践行规则)与自立法(个体主动构建规范),推动观众主体实现认知与行为的统一。(3)在目标解构方面,仅通过现象分析、以维护赛场秩序为核心的目标,难以兼顾观众文明培育的自觉性;而立足本质分析、以构建和谐赛场为核心的目标,能够保障观众文明培育的可持续性。
The integrated governance of three disciplines for stadium spectators is an inevitable outcome that conforms to the trend of modernization of the national governance capacity and governance system,which is of great significance for stimulating the subjective initiative of spectators in stadium governance.Guided by iterative coexistence and taking systems theory as its analytical framework,this study interprets the governance connotation from three aspects:elements,connections,and goals,and constructs an integrated three-discipline governance model for stadium spectators to provide guidance for the path selection of modern civilized stadium construction.The study holds that:(1)In terms of element deconstruction,the integrated three-discipline governance with a reductionist orientation will split and isolate each element,which is prone to fall into the predicament of single governance,while the integrated three-discipline governance with a holistic orientation can integrate all relevant elements and highlight complementary advantages;(2)In terms of connection deconstruction,the one-way connections of heteronomy and autonomy,heteronomy and reciprocity,and reciprocity and autonomy will cause spectators to have a problem of cognitive and behavioral disconnection,while two-way connections among them can leverage self-compliance with laws(individual active practice of rules)and self-legislation(individual active construction of norms)to facilitate spectators′achievement of the unity of cognition and behavior;(3)In terms of goal deconstruction,a stadium-order-centered goal based on mere phenomenological analysis fails to foster the voluntary awareness of spectators′civilization cultivation,whereas a harmonious-stadium-centered goal grounded in essential analysis guarantees the sustainability of spectators′civilization cultivation.
