摘要
随着电力现货市场改革深化,传统基于平均供电煤耗与入炉标单的燃料成本核算方式,已难以适应高频波动、分时竞价的市场环境。文章基于山西电力现货市场实践,创新构建了燃煤火电厂分荷燃料成本精细化测算模型。该模型通过机组性能试验与运行数据,拟合负荷与供电煤耗、入炉标煤单价之间的非线性函数,精准推导不同负荷下的单位变动燃料成本与边际成本曲线。研究表明,该模型打通了生产、燃料与营销专业壁垒,为现货市场中的分段报价、发电曲线优化、采购结构调整及经营计划制订提供了量化决策依据,有效解决了传统成本核算与市场机制脱节的问题,为燃煤电厂精益运营与可持续发展提供了可推广的关键技术与管理范式。
With the deepening of the reform of the electricity spot market,the traditional fuel cost accounting method based on average coal consumption for power supply and furnace bidding has become difficult to adapt to the market environment of high-frequency fluctuations and time-based bidding.This article is based on the practice of Shanxi Electric Power Spot Market,and innovatively constructs a refined calculation model for the fuel cost of coal-fired power plants under load.This model fits a nonlinear function between load and coal consumption for power supply,as well as the unit price of standard coal entering the furnace,through unit performance tests and operating data.It accurately derives the curves of unit variable fuel cost and marginal cost under different loads.Research has shown that this model breaks down professional barriers in production,fuel,and marketing,providing quantitative decision-making basis for segmented pricing,power generation curve optimization,procurement structure adjustment,and business plan formulation in the spot market.It effectively solves the problem of the disconnect between traditional cost accounting and market mechanisms,and provides a key technology and management paradigm that can be promoted for lean operation and sustainable development of coalfired power plants.
