摘要
在低温地区,暖风器有利于提高空预器出口风温,更好地满足煤粉制备和燃烧要求,防止空预器腐蚀堵塞。文章以三维肋片循环水暖风器为对象,综合研究其提高空预器风温对排烟损失的影响,定量计算锅炉侧节能降碳收益。结果表明,暖风器可显著节约燃料,降低CO_(2)排放。
In low-temperature areas,warm air heaters are beneficial for increasing the outlet air temperature of air preheaters,better meeting the requirements of coal powder preparation and combustion,and preventing corrosion and blockage of air preheaters.The article takes a three-dimensional ribbed circulating water heater as the object,comprehensively studies the impact of increasing the air temperature of the air preheater on smoke exhaust loss and the role of supplementing external heat sources to reduce fuel consumption,and quantitatively calculates the energy-saving and carbon reduction benefits on the boiler side.The results indicate that the heater can significantly save fuel and reduce CO_(2) emissions.
