山区配网自动化技术应用与实践

Application and Practice of Automation Technology in Mountainous Distribution Network

摘要 文章针对山区配网故障定位难、停电时间长、自动化水平低等问题,以某山区供电所为研究对象,构建了“终端部署–FA策略–通信支撑”的配网自动化技术体系。数据验证表明,改造后故障定位时间从92 min缩短至8 min,用户平均停电时间(SAIDI)降至28 min/户·a,供电可靠率RS–3提升至99.93%。该方案为山区配网自动化升级提供了兼具技术深度与工程可操作性的范例。 The article focuses on the problems of difficult fault location,long power outage time,and low automation level in mountainous distribution networks.Taking a certain mountainous power supply station as the research object,a distribution network automation technology system of“terminal deployment FA strategy communication support”is constructed.Data verification shows that after the renovation,the fault location time has been reduced from 92 minutes to 8 minutes,the average power outage time per user(SAIDI)has decreased to 28 minutes per household per year,and the power supply reliability rate RS-3 has increased to 99.93%.This solution provides an example of both technical depth and engineering operability for the automation upgrade of mountainous distribution networks.
