乌兹别克斯坦风电场升压站33kV接地变事故调查

Investigation into the 33kV Grounding Transformer Accident at the Uzbekistan Wind Farm Boosting Station

摘要 风电场升压站不仅是风电场的重要组成部分,也是与电网连接的直接枢纽。乌兹别克斯坦布哈拉1 GW风电和500kV接入等级的成功实施无论在规模上还是技术难度上都是该国风电项目的里程碑式的突破。文章通过调查其升压站接地变损毁事故,深入分析了大容量风电项目33kV中压系统配置及运行规律,发现其中的问题,为今后避免类似事故的发生,以及优化33kV保护系统起到重要和积极的作用。所做研究有利于加深对乌兹别克斯坦乃至周边国家相关风电工程建设和运维的了解,积累经验,提高相关技术水平。 The wind farm booster station is not only an important component of the wind farm,but also a direct hub connected to the power grid.The successful implementation of 1 GW wind power and 500kV access level in Bukhara,Uzbekistan is a milestone breakthrough in the country's wind power projects,both in terms of scale and technical difficulty.The article investigates the damage accident of the grounding transformer in the booster station,and deeply analyzes the configuration and operation rules of the 33kV medium voltage system in large capacity wind power projects.It discovers the problems and plays an important and positive role in avoiding similar accidents in the future and optimizing the 33kV protection system.The research conducted is beneficial for deepening our understanding of the construction and operation of wind power projects in Uzbekistan and neighboring countries,accumulating experience,and improving the relevant technical level.
