电能计量二次回路智能远程控制方法探索

Exploration of Intelligent Remote Control Methods for Secondary Circuits in Electric Energy Measurement

摘要 配变电系统电能计量二次回路应用存在不少技术难题,像现场检验过度依赖人力、多抽头电流互感器变比调整需手动操作、回路开路故障处置效率低下以及接线结构繁琐等情况。为应对这些挑战,文章研究将智能终端与远程控制技术作为解决办法,通过部署智能监测模块实现电能表远程校准功能,研发自动切换装置来优化变比调整流程,构建远程短接保护系统提升开路故障处理能力,并且采用标准化插接工艺简化回路连接方式。测试数据表明,该方案能将检测效率提高65%,让变比切换耗时控制在3 s以内,将开路故障响应时间压缩至500 ms以下,同时使接线错误发生率下降82%,为电能计量二次系统智能化升级提供可靠技术保障。 There are many technical challenges in the application of secondary circuits for energy metering in distribution and transformation systems,such as excessive reliance on manual labor for on-site inspection,manual operation for adjusting the ratio of multi tap current transformers,low efficiency in handling circuit open circuit faults,and cumbersome wiring structures.To address these challenges,the article explores the use of intelligent terminals and remote control technology as a solution.It deploys intelligent monitoring modules to achieve remote calibration of energy meters,develops automatic switching devices to optimize the ratio adjustment process,constructs a remote short-circuit protection system to enhance the ability to handle open circuit faults,and simplifies the circuit connection method using standardized plug-in technology.Test data shows that this scheme can improve detection efficiency by 65%,control the switching time of the transformation ratio within 3 seconds,compress the response time of open circuit faults to below 500 ms,and reduce the occurrence rate of wiring errors by 82%,providing reliable technical support for the intelligent upgrade of the secondary energy metering system.
