基于无源无线测温模块的电缆接头在线测温系统研究

摘要 基于电缆接头的温度可以判断电缆接头的运行状况,而传统离线测温方式存在实时性差、精度低等弊端。文章提出一种基于无源无线测温模块的电缆接头在线测温系统,可实现高精度的在线监测电缆接头温度。该测温模块具备超低功耗、超小体积、IP68防护等级特性,通信距离达300 m,温度误差<1%,预警准确率>95%,适用于复杂环境。基于该模块的在线测温系统的运用可以显著提升电缆运维的智能化水平与供电可靠性。 The operating condition of cable joints can be determined based on the temperature of cable joints.The traditional offline temperature measurement method has drawbacks such as poor real-time performance and low accuracy.This article proposes an online temperature measurement system for cable joints based on a passive wireless temperature measurement module,which can achieve high-precision online monitoring of cable joint temperature.This temperature measurement module features ultra-low power consumption,ultra small size,IP68 protection level,communication distance of up to 300 m,temperature error<1%,warning accuracy>95%,and is suitable for complex environments.The application of the online temperature measurement system based on this module significantly improves the intelligence level and power supply reliability of cable operation and maintenance.
