摘要
文章聚焦于光伏逆变器直流侧电容寿命衰减问题,系统剖析了电解电容器的失效机理,以及电应力、热应力影响和环境因素耦合效应,搭建实验平台采集多工况数据,构建了基于长短期记忆网络的寿命预测模型,并验证了其有效性。研究结果可为光伏逆变器电容的预测性维护提供理论依据和技术支持。
This article focuses on the problem of life decay of DC side capacitors in photovoltaic inverters.The failure mechanism of electrolytic capacitors,as well as the coupling effects of electrical stress,thermal stress,and environmental factors,are systematically analyzed.An experimental platform is built to collect data from multiple operating conditions,and a life prediction model based on long short-term memory networks is constructed,and its effectiveness is verified.The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the predictive maintenance of photovoltaic inverter capacitors.
