摘要
智能时代高校教师面临主体性危机,人工智能素养成为其重构主体性的关键。基于胜任力理论,构建了“轴-体-场”三位一体的“陀螺型”人工智能素养框架。分析发现,高校教师人工智能素养在主体性层面存在本体角色弱化、关系异化与价值失重问题,外显为素质层面的浅表化习得与表演化应用,以及能力层面的创新不足、治理缺位与使命弱化。框架从知识、应用、创新、治理、使命五层级提出回应路径,主张以教育家精神涵养素养底色,构建分类分阶的支持体系,完善培育渠道、评估机制与场域融合,推动教师从技术适应者向价值引领者转型,实现主体性重构与综合性能力提升。
In the intelligent era,university teachers face a crisis of subjectivity,and the artificial in⁃telligence literacy becomes the key to reconstructing their subjectivity.Based on competency theo⁃ry,this study constructed a“gyroscope-type”framework of artificial intelligence literacy,integrat⁃ing“axis-body-field”as a trinity.The analysis shows that:university teachers’AI literacy exhibits issues at the level of subjectivity,including the weakening of ontological roles,alienation of relation⁃ships,and loss of value;and these manifest externally as superficial acquisition and performative ap⁃plication at the competency level,as well as insufficient innovation,a lack of governance,and weakened mission at the capability level.The framework proposes the responsive pathways across five levels:knowledge,application,innovation,governance,and mission.It advocates cultivating the foundational essence of literacy through the spirit of educators,establishing a categorized and tiered support system,improving cultivation channels,evaluation mechanisms,and field integra⁃tion,and promoting the transformation of teachers from technology adapters to value leaders,there⁃by achieving the reconstruction of subjectivity and the enhancement of comprehensive capabilities.
