基于5G的UPS蓄电池组健康状态监测与预警技术

摘要 针对不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)蓄电池组运行状态分散、健康劣化隐蔽且预警滞后的工程问题,提出一种基于5G的UPS蓄电池组健康状态监测与预警技术。该技术通过构建蓄电池运行状态感知与特征量体系,依托5G实现多节点运行数据的实时采集与稳定传输,并在此基础上开展健康状态评估与劣化判别,形成面向运行风险的分级预警机制。实验结果表明,该技术可显著提升蓄电池组运行状态感知的时效性与异常识别能力,为UPS系统的安全运行与精细化运维提供有效支撑。 Aiming at the engineering problems of dispersed operation state,hidden health deterioration and delayed early warning of Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS)battery pack,a health monitoring and early warning technology of UPS battery pack based on 5G is proposed.By constructing the battery operation state perception and characteristic quantity system,the technology realizes real-time collection and stable transmission of multi-node operation data by relying on 5G,and on this basis,it carries out health state evaluation and deterioration discrimination,forming a hierarchical early warning mechanism for operation risks.The experimental results show that this technology can significantly improve the timeliness of battery pack running state perception and the ability of anomaly recognition,and provide effective support for the safe operation and refined operation and maintenance of UPS system.
