摘要
肉芽肿性乳腺炎是一种少见的乳腺炎症性疾病,在中医学中属于“粉刺性乳痈”范畴。因其治疗过程之漫长、复杂,且易反复,对患者的生理和心理造成巨大的伤害。患者通常伴随着焦躁、抑郁等负面情绪。中医认为肝主藏血,防止血行脉外;主疏泄,调畅情志、调节气机。心主血脉,使血行脉中、周流全身;主神志,主管人的精神活动。二者相互配合相互影响,共同参与血液循环和情志调节,以达到平衡和谐的状态,使人身心平和。基于“肝心和合”理论分析肉芽肿性乳腺炎的中医发病病机及与现代医学的联系,探索“肝心和合”理论在肉芽肿性乳腺炎中的应用机制,进而达到治疗该病并改善预后的目的。
Granulomatous lobular mastitis is a rare inflammatory disease of breast,which belongs to the category of“Acute mastitis”in traditional Chinese medicine.Because its treatment process is long,complicated and easy to repeat,it does great harm to patients physiology and psychology.Patients are usually accompanied by negative emotional fluctuations such as anxiety and depression.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the liver governs blood storage,preventing blood from flowing outside the vessels.It also regulates emotions and smooths qi flow.The heart governs blood vessels,ensuring that blood flows within the vessels and circulates throughout the body.It is responsible for mental activities.These two organs work together and influence each other,participating in blood circulation and emotional regulation to achieve a state of balance and harmony,promoting physical and mental well-being.Based on the theory of“Harmonizing Liver and Heart”,this paper analyzes the pathogenesis of granulomatous lobular mastitis in Traditional Chinese Medicine and its relationship with modern medicine,and explores the application mechanism of“Harmonizing Liver and Heart”theory in granulomatous lobular mastitis,so as to achieve the purpose of treating the disease and improving the prognosis.
