摘要
在政策驱动、理论演进与实践需求三重逻辑推动下,中小学校长培训正经历从经验驱动向数智赋能的范式转型。本研究基于个性化学习理论与教练式培训模型,构建“AI-Coaching”校长精准培训模型,为中小学校长培训的数智化转型提供理论框架与实践参考。通过搭建“数据感知-智能诊断-精准干预-生态演进”四模块技术框架,设计“对象遴选—需求挖掘—目标细化—主题适配—内容设计—过程管理—效果评估—追踪成长”八环节闭环路径,形成个性化、智能化与终身化相结合的校长培训新模式。
Under the threefold impetus of policy driven initiatives,theoretical evolution,and practical imperatives,principal training in primary and secondary schools is undergoing a paradigm shift from experience driven approaches to digital intelligence empowerment.Grounded in personalized learning theory and coaching-based training models,this study integrates digital intelligence technologies to construct an AI-Coaching Precision Training Theoretical Model for School Principals,aiming to provide a theoretical framework and practical reference for the digital intelligence transformation of principal development programs.By establishing a four-module technical framework—data perception,intelligent diagnosis,precision intervention,and ecological evolution—and designing an eight-phase closed-loop pathway comprising candidate screening,objective mining,target refinement,contextual alignment,holistic design,implementation management,outcome evaluation,and growth tracking,the model pioneers a novel training paradigm characterized by personalization,intelligence,and lifelong development.
