摘要
通过对4296名中小学生家长的问卷调查,利用倾向得分匹配法探究学生参加课后服务与家长对学校教育“忠诚度”之间的关系,并将“忠诚度”划分为购买课后服务的意愿与对学校教育的信心两个维度。将课后服务实施质量与缓解家长焦虑作为中介变量分析学生参加课后服务对家长学校教育“忠诚度”影响的作用机制。研究表明:学生参加课后服务均提高了家长购买课后服务的意愿以及对学校教育的信心,课后服务实施质量与家长焦虑缓解程度均能正向促进家长对学校教育“忠诚度”的提升;家庭年收入、家长教育期望在学校教育“忠诚度”的影响方面存在差异。今后,需要通过优化“素养导向+体验探究+个性选择”的服务内容,构建“理念引导+成果展示+分类引导”的服务模式,打造“政府主导+资源共享+帮扶指导”的协同格局,形成“家长信任+情感认同+价值累积”的闭环机制,提高家长对学校教育的“忠诚度”。
Through a questionnaire survey of 4,296 parents of primary and secondary school students,the relationship between students’participation in after-school services and parents’loyalty to school education was explored using the propensity score matching method.Loyalty was divided into two dimensions:parents’willingness to purchase after-school services and their confidence in school education.The mechanism through which students’participation in after-school services influences parents’loyalty to school education was analyzed by using the quality of after-school service implementation and the alleviation of parental anxiety as mediating variables.The results show that students’participation in after-school services increases parents’willingness to purchase after-school services and their confidence in school education.The quality of after-school service implementation and the degree of parental anxiety relief can both positively promote parents’loyalty to school education.Differences are found in the effects of family annual income and parental education expectations on parents’loyalty to school education.In the future,it is necessary to optimize the service content of“competency orientation+experience exploration+personalized choice”,construct a service model of“conceptual guidance+achievement presentation+differentiated guidance”,create a collaborative pattern of“government leadership+resource sharing+supportive guidance”,and form a closedloop mechanism of“parental trust+emotional identification+value accumulation”,thereby enhancing parents’loyalty to school education.
