摘要
目的 评价中药熏洗与高分子聚氨酯凝胶痔疮专用坐垫在痔疮患者术后康复中的应用价值。方法 以2022年10月至2024年10月在乌鲁木齐市友谊医院行手术治疗的80例痔疮患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用高分子聚氨酯凝胶痔疮专用坐垫联合中药熏洗,比较2组的干预效果。结果 术后5 d, 2组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于术后1 d(P均<0.05);术后10 d, 2组均低于术后1 d和5 d(P均<0.05);术后5 d和10 d,观察组的VAS评分、IL-1β和CRP水平均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组水肿消失、渗出液消失、创面愈合和住院的时间均早于或短于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 高分子聚氨酯凝胶痔疮专用坐垫联合中药熏洗能够有效缓解痔疮患者术后的疼痛感,促进术后康复,降低炎症因子水平及肛周水肿等并发症发生率。
Objective To evaluate the application value of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with special polymeric polyurethane gel seat cushions for hemorrhoids in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment at Urumqi Friendship Hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were enrolled as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with special polymeric polyurethane gel seat cushions for hemorrhoids in addition to the routine nursing given to the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results On postoperative day 5,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were lower than those on postoperative day 1(P<0.05).On postoperative day 10,these values in both groups were lower than those on postoperative days 1 and 5(P<0.05).Moreover,on postoperative days 5 and 10,the VAS scores,IL-1βand CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the corresponding time points(P<0.05).The time to the disappearance of edema and transudate,wound healing time,and hospital stay in the observation group were all earlier or shorter than those in the control group,and the overall incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of special polymeric polyurethane gel cushions for hemorrhoids and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can effectively alleviate postoperative pain,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce levels of inflammatory factors as well as incidence of complications such as perianal edema in patients with hemorrhoids.
