摘要
以大坡度齿轨铁路桥梁为研究对象,针对活载作用下梁体动态响应复杂、支座受力状态难以监测等问题,设计一种具备测力及高度调节功能且传感器可更换的测力支座。在阐述支座构造、测力原理、服役期传感器标定及更换方法的基础上,通过试验验证其性能。试验结果显示:在正常承载及0.02 rad转角状态下,支座竖向力实际加载值-测力显示值曲线均呈现出较理想的线性状态,而且测力示值误差及重复性误差均未超过1%FS;在模拟服役期承载状态下,测力支座原位校准试验中的校准竖向力值与传感器测定竖向力值最大误差小于1%,传感器更换试验中所需的水平推力小于支座竖向设计承载力的8%,支座高度增量仅为0.321 mm,对梁体无影响。说明该支座结构可靠、测力精确,具备在服役状态下的原位校准与传感器更换能力,可满足大坡度齿轨铁路桥梁长期运营维护的要求。
Taking a large gradient rack railway bridge as the research object,addressing the issues of complex dynamic response of the girder under live load and the difficulty in monitoring the bearing's stress state,a force-measuring bearing with load-measuring and height-adjustment functions,and replaceable sensors is designed.Based on elaborating the bearing structure,force measurement principle,sensor calibration and replacement method during service,its performance is verified through experiments.The test results show that under normal loading and a 0.02 rad rotation angle state,the curve of the vertical load applied value versus the force-measuring display value exhibits an ideal linear relationship.Moreover,the error in the force measurement display and the repeatability error do not exceed 1%FS.Under simulated service load conditions,the maximum error between the calibrated vertical force value and the vertical force value measured by the sensor in the sensor calibration test is less than 1%.The horizontal thrust required in the sensor replacement test is less than 8%of the bearing's vertical design capacity.The bearing height increment is only 0.321 mm,and it has no impact on the girder.This indicates that the bearing has a reliable structure,accurate force measurement,and the ability for in-situ sensor calibration and replacement during service,meeting the long-term operation and maintenance requirements of large gradient rack railway bridges.
