摘要
为解决传统焊接式盖梁支架存在的施工效率低、安全风险高及材料损耗大等问题,研究了一种新型可调式连接系在桥梁盖梁支架中的应用,通过模块化设计,采用由抱箍、伸缩连接组件与节点固定框组件等构成的可调节连接机构,以螺栓连接与螺纹副调节替代传统焊接,并设置防护机构以保障长期使用可靠性。在狮子洋通道工程中的应用结果表明,该体系显著提升了支架安装效率与精度,有效吸收了施工偏差,同时降低了材料损耗,显著节约成本,且消除了高空动火作业风险,该可调式连接系支架体系具有技术先进、安全经济、可重复使用等优点,对类似桥梁工程的施工有一定参考意义,具备良好的推广应用价值。
In order to solve the problems of low construction efficiency,high safety risk and large material loss existing in the traditional welded bent cap bracket,the application of a new type of adjustable connection system in the bridge bent cap bracket was studied.Through modular design,the adjustable connection mechanism composed of hoop,telescopic connection components and flower rack components was adopted,the traditional welding was replaced by bolt connection and thread pair adjustment,and the protective mechanism was set to ensure the long-term reliability.The application results in Shiziyang passage project show that the system significantly improves the installation efficiency and accuracy of the support,effectively absorbs the construction deviation,reduces the material loss,significantly saves the cost,and eliminates the risk of high-altitude hot work.The adjustable connection system support system has the advantages of advanced technology,safety and economy,and can be reused.It has a certain reference significance for the construction of similar bridge projects,and has good application value.
