摘要
现代检测技术日益先进,在产品研发中发挥重要作用。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、TG-DSC(同步热分析仪)对2种水溶性淬火液的热化学稳定性进行检测,同时,采用差示扫描量热仪和其他基础设备对2种淬火油进行氧化安定性(起始氧化温度)和理化分析,通过对比分析2种淬火介质的差异性,以期为改进产品质量提供数据支撑。
Modern detection technologies are becoming increasingly advanced and mature,playing a crucial role in product research and development.Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)Spectrometer and TG-DSC(Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer)were used to analyze the thermochemical stability of two water-soluble quenching fluids.Meanwhile,Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC)and some other basic equipment were employed to conduct oxidation stability(initial oxidation temperature)analysis and physicochemical analysis of two quenching oils.By comparing and analyzing the differences between two quenching media,we aim to provide data support for improving product quality.
