摘要
GH2132高温合金因其在650℃以下具有优异的屈服强度、持久性能、蠕变强度和良好的加工经济性,已成为航空紧固件的关键材料。然而,现行紧固件制造工艺中关于GH2132高温合金自锁螺母经镦制成形后退火与非退火工艺对螺母性能的影响仍然缺少试验数据支撑。本研究针对航空发动机用GH2132高温合金自锁螺母的制造工艺优化需求,通过对比试验,采用GH2132高温合金固溶态棒材制备试样,分为退火组和非退火组开展了自锁螺母镦制成形后退火与非退火工艺对其微观组织及性能影响的研究,可为GH2132高温合金自锁螺母的工艺设计提供参考。结果表明:与退火工艺相比,非退火工艺下的硬度、金相组织、轴向抗拉强度、振动与扩口指标均无显著区别;在室温装配状态锁紧性能方面,非退火工艺要优于退火工艺;在加热后空冷至室温装配状态锁紧性能方面,退火工艺的整体衰减趋势要优于非退火工艺。
GH2132 superalloy has become a key material for the manufacturing of aviation fasteners due to its excellent yield strength,durability performance,creep strength below 650℃,and good processing economy.However,there is still a lack of experimental data to support the influence of annealing and non-annealing processes on the properties of GH2132 superalloy self-locking nuts after upsetting forming in the current fastener manufacturing process.This article focuses on the manufacturing process optimization requirements of GH2132 superalloy self-locking nuts for aircraft engines.Through comparative experiments,samples were prepared using GH2132 superalloy solid solution rods and divided into non annealed and annealed groups.The study investigated the effects of annealing and non-annealing processes on the microstructure and properties of self-locking nuts after upsetting forming,which can provide reference for the process design of GH2132 superalloy self-locking nut.The experimental results show that compared with annealing process,the hardness,microstructure,axial tensile strength,vibration and flaring index are not significantly different under non-annealing process,in the assembly state locking performance(in room temperature),the non-annealing process is better than annealing process,in the assembly state locking performance(after heating and air cooling to room temperature),the overall attenuation trend of annealing process is better than that of non-annealing process.
