船舶制造激光-电弧复合焊生产线工艺开发及缺陷抑制措施

摘要 在船舶行业制造中,传统的焊接方式存在诸多问题,采用激光复合焊接可实现高质量、高效率生产。上海外高桥造船有限公司引进激光-电弧复合焊接生产线,可完成激光复合对接焊、激光复合角接焊等多项生产任务。在激光-电弧复合焊接生产线过程中,针对对接焊咬边、焊瘤、点状缺陷、硬度值偏高以角接焊未熔合、气孔等问题,经大量实践研究给出相应解决方案,为后续生产提供相关经验和技术参考。 In the shipbuilding industry,traditional welding methods present numerous challenges.The adoption of laser-arc hybrid welding enables high-quality and high-efficiency production.Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd.,has introduced a laser-arc hybrid welding production line capable of performing multiple tasks such as laser hybrid butt welding and laser hybrid fillet welding.During the operation of the laser-arc hybrid welding production line,issues such as undercut,overlap,point defects,excessive hardness in butt welding,as well as lack of fusion and porosity in fillet welding,have been addressed.Through extensive practical research,corresponding solutions have been developed,providing relevant experience and technical references for subsequent production.
