基于正交试验的新型耦合空气幕参数优化研究

摘要 以沈阳市某实验楼防寒门斗为研究对象,提出一种上送与侧送耦合的空气幕形式。基于正交试验设计方法,利用ANSYS Fluent对各工况进行数值模拟,探究上风口射流速度、侧风口射流速度与上风口喷射角度、侧风口喷射角度对耦合空气幕阻隔效果的影响,并通过极差分析与方差分析,明确各因素对空气幕性能的影响规律。结果表明,对空气幕效率影响最大的因素为上风口射流速度,其余依次为侧风口射流速度、上风口喷射角度、侧风口喷射角度。依据正交试验结果,确定耦合式空气幕的最优参数组合:上送风口射流速度为9.6 m/s、喷射角度为30°,侧风口射流速度为5.5 m/s、喷射角度为30°。采用该优化方案后,冷风侵入量为3.15 kg/s,空气幕效率为53.3%;仅设置上空气幕时,冷风侵入量为4.74 kg/s,空气幕效率为29.8%。新型耦合空气幕相比上空气幕的效率提升约78.9%。 Taking the cold-proof door vestibule of an experimental building in Shenyang City as the research object,a form of air curtain combining upward and lateral supply is proposed.Based on the orthogonal experimental design method,numerical simulations are conducted using ANSYS Fluent for various conditions to explore the influence of the velocity of the air jet at the upper air inlet,the velocity of the air jet at the lateral air inlet,the angle of the air jet at the upper air inlet,and the angle of the air jet at the lateral air inlet-on the blocking effect of the coupled air curtain,and through range analysis and variance analysis,the influence patterns of each factor on the performance of the air curtain are clarified.The results show that the factor having the greatest impact on the efficiency of the air curtain is the velocity of the air jet at the upper air inlet,followed by the velocity of the air jet at the lateral air inlet,the angle of the air jet at the upper air inlet,and the angle of the air jet at the lateral air inlet.Based on the orthogonal test results,the optimal parameter combination for the coupled air curtain is determined.The velocity of the air jet at the upward supply air inlet is 9.6 m/s,the angle is 30°,the velocity of the air jet at the lateral supply air inlet is 5.5 m/s,and the angle is 30°.After adopting the optimization scheme,the cold air infiltration volume is 3.15 kg/s,and the air curtain efficiency is 53.3%.When only the upper air curtain is set,the cold air infiltration volume is 4.74 kg/s,and the air curtain efficiency is 29.8%.The efficiency of the new coupled air curtain is approximately 78.9%higher than that of the upper air curtain.
