活塞杆镀层厚度测量不确定度评定

摘要 运用蔡司金相显微镜检测活塞杆镀层厚度,分析不确定度的来源之后,决定采用综合评定法建立数学模型,并计算A类、B类不确定度分量,最终评定镀层厚度的测量不确定度,即扩展不确定度U=2.4μm,置信概率p=95%,包含因子k=2。结果表明:对活塞杆镀层厚度测量不确定度影响较大的关键影响因子是设备校准和软件测量标准刻度尺。此结论有利于实验室测试人员更好地开展检测活动,确保测量结果准确可靠。 Coating thickness on piston rod was detected by using a ZEISS metallographic microscope.After analyzing the sources of uncertainty,it was decided to establish a mathematical model using the comprehensive evaluation method and calculate the uncertainty components of type A and Type B.Finally,the measurement uncertainty of the coating thickness was evaluated,that is,the expanded uncertainty U=2.4μm,the confidence probability p=95%,and the inclusion factor k=2.The results showed that the key influencing factors that had a significant impact on the measurement uncertainty of the coating thickness of the piston rod were equipment calibration and software measurement standard ruler.This conclusion is conducive to laboratory testers conducting testing activities more effectively and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.
