摘要
目的 探讨红花如意丸联合耳部刮痧对围绝经期综合征患者神经递质、骨代谢水平及临床相关症状的影响。方法 选取120例围绝经期综合征患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。观察组接受红花如意丸口服联合耳部刮痧治疗,对照组仅接受耳部刮痧治疗,疗程均为12周。采用改良Kupperman评分评估临床症状;使用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)及去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平;采用高效液相色谱法检测血清骨钙素(BGP)与骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分、神经递质及骨代谢指标差异。结果 治疗后,观察组神经递质水平显著提高,骨代谢指标明显变化,围绝经期症状评分显著降低,与对照组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 红花如意丸联合耳部刮痧能有效调节围绝经期综合征患者的神经递质与骨代谢水平,缓解相关临床症状,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of Honghua Ruyi Pill combined with auricular scraping therapy on neurotransmitter levels,bone metabolism,and clinical symptoms in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 6O patients in each group.The observation group received oral Honghua Ruyi Pill combined with auricular scraping therapy,while the control group received auricular scraping therapy alone.The treatment course was 12 weeks for both groups.Clinical symptoms were assessed using the modified Kupperman score.Serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE)were measured using enzyme—linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Serum levels of osteocalcin(BGP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)were detected by high-performance liquid chromatography.Differences in clinical symptom scores,neurotransmitter levels,and bone metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group showed significant improvements in neurotransmitter levels,noticeable changes in bone metabolism indicators,and a significant reduction in perimenopausal symptom scores.Compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Honghua Ruyi Pill combined with auricular scraping therapy can effectively regulate neurotransmitter levels and bone metabolism in patients with perimenopausal syndrome,alleviating related clinical symptoms,and holds certain clinical application value.
