高速公路隧道施工钻爆法开挖技术优化

Optimization of Drilling and Blasting Excavation Technology for Expressway Tunnel Construction

摘要 以某高速公路隧道工程为例,针对原楔形掏槽方案循环进尺深度浅、炮孔利用率低的问题,开展钻爆法开挖技术优化。提出大直径中空孔直眼掏槽优化方案,并基于岩石破碎运动规律设计毫秒延期起爆网络,实现爆破能量高效利用。工程应用结果表明,优化方案显著增加了循环进尺深度,提高了作业效率,平均循环进尺深度从2.2 m增加至3.2 m,炮孔利用率从73%提高至91%。研究成果有效解决了中硬岩隧道掘进效率低的难题,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 Taking an expressway tunnel project as an example,in view of the problems of short cycle advance and low blast hole utilization rate in the original wedgeshaped cut scheme,the optimization of drilling and blasting excavation technology is carried out.The largediameter hollow-hole burn cut optimization scheme is put forward,and the millisecond delay initiation network is designed based on the rock breaking motion law to realize the efficient utilization of blasting energy.The engineering application results show that the optimization scheme significantly improves the cycle advance and operation efficiency,increasing average cycle advance from 2.2 m to 3.2 m and blast hole utilization rate from 73%to 91%.The research results effectively solve the difficulty of low tunneling efficiency in medium-hard rock tunnels,which can provide reference for similar projects.
